Lifetime Warranty

Every pre-order placed on wearchromatic.com includes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What is covered

• Defects in the cable, connectors, or housing caused by normal use
• Inline remote or microphone failure under ordinary conditions
• Finish or plating issues that occur during manufacturing

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or discoloration over time
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, solvents, or unauthorized repairs
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand buyers
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced earbuds

How to make a claim

Email info@wearchromatic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will evaluate the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit. Shipping costs associated with a warranty claim are the customer’s responsibility unless we determine otherwise.

Limitations

Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue this warranty program at any time. Coverage for orders already placed will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
